Shipping

Oztra ships within India only. Every piece is printed to order and shipped from our print partner's facility in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Timelines

• Printing and dispatch: usually 2–4 working days after your order is confirmed. Every piece passes a quality check before it ships.
• Delivery: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Remote or hard-to-reach pin codes can take longer.

These are typical timelines, not guarantees. Delays can happen during sales, festivals, bad weather or courier disruptions.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Address and delivery issues

• Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. We can't change the address after the order has been dispatched.
• If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can re-ship it once the re-shipping cost is paid.
• If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll raise it with the courier.
